How can I track my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at support@jiuyuetangfu.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide photos of the product and the package. We will assist you with return, exchange, or refund procedures promptly.
Do you offer international shipping, and who is responsible for customs fees?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries/regions, with a delivery time of 10-20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
You can request to change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed yet (within 1 business day of placing the order). Once the order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
How long will it take to process my order?
